Cancellation and Return Policy

We offer a 5 day 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' return policy. This means that you can cancel your order and/or return your product in its original condition within 5 days of your order being delivered. 
The product should be unused, unwashed and undamaged and the tags should be intact.
Send an email to customercare@ninebox.in with your order number and address and we will have the courier agent pick up the return shipment from your address.

Once we receive the returned product in its original condition we will process a refund to your bank account within 3-4 business days. Please note that we will deduct the cost of the return shipping before processing your refund.

If you would like to keep the amount in store credit, you're more than welcome to!

Please note that we do not offer returns on jewelry and swimwear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products on Sale

Products on sale an only be exchanged for another size (if the size is available) or another product from our site. We do not offer refunds for our products on sale. If you do not wish to exchange it for another product at that time, you can opt for store credit that you can redeem the credit at any point in time.

If you’ve ordered a size too small or too large and wish to have it replaced.

  • Contact customer care within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped.
