Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Nine Box in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

  • Orders received under the Pre-order category will be dispatched within 15-18 business days after receiving  a confirmation from the customer. Please note that Pre-order merchandise is subject to availability with our suppliers.
  • Products in categories other than  'Pre-Order' are in stock and will be dispatched within 24-48 hours and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive an email to confirm that the order has been shipped once it has been sent to our logistics partner and you will be provided with a tracking number which will help you track the progress of your order.
  • To track your order, login to your account and go to ‘My order history’. Here you will be able to track your order by entering your order number.
  • Should certain items in your shopping cart be out of stock, you will receive an email asking if you would like to proceed with the remaining order or if you like to replace these items with other available items from the site. Once we receive a reply on how you would like to proceed, the order will be processed.
  • If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can email us at customercare@ninebox.in and provide your PIN code. We will inform you about the serviceability and the availability of COD options in this area.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Please note that sometimes there maybe shipping delays due to unforseen circumstances. For example, heavy rains etc. In such events the customer will be notified in advance.
